Our quality guarantee
Every garment is inspected before it leaves the atelier. If your piece arrives with a defect, or differs from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos at [email protected]. We will repair, remake or refund the piece — at our cost, including shipping.
Made-to-measure and custom pieces
Custom garments are knitted individually to your configuration and measurements. Under EU and UK consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c) and equivalent provisions), personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Custom pieces therefore cannot be returned for change of mind — but they remain fully covered by the quality guarantee above, and by our measurement tolerance commitment (±1–2 cm per measurement).
If a custom piece does not fit despite accurate production to your submitted measurements, contact us — we will always look for a solution, such as adjustment or a discounted remake.
Ready-to-wear pieces
Standard-size pieces ordered without customisation may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. To start a return, email us for the return address and instructions — please do not ship without contacting us first.
Cancellations
You may cancel any order free of charge at any time before production starts (normally within 2 business days of ordering). Once production has begun, custom orders can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the returned item (or immediately for pre-production cancellations). You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is sent.
