1. Who we are
MITONY BESPOKE CASHMERE (“we”, “us”) is a private knitwear atelier crafting bespoke & made-to-measure cashmere blend and wool sweaters since 2012. Belongs to Company Suzhou Nice Sweater Clothes Co., Ltd, which is company runs sweaters for over 25 years.
2. Our products
Every sweater is knitted to order. Products are offered in two forms: ready-to-wear pieces in standard sizes, and custom pieces configured by you (style, yarn, colour, gauge, pattern, fit and measurements). Because each piece is produced individually, minor variations in colour and finish are characteristics of craftsmanship, not defects.
3. Ordering and payment
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Payment is collected at checkout through PayPal (including card payments processed by PayPal). Your order is confirmed once payment is received; we then schedule production. For business or volume enquiries, quotations are agreed by email and may be invoiced separately.
4. Custom measurements
For made-to-measure orders you are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you submit. Finished garments are subject to a knitting tolerance of ±1–2 cm per measurement, which is standard for knitwear and does not constitute a defect. If a requested adjustment exceeds the tolerance of a standard size, the next size is used as the production base and pricing follows that size.
5. Production and delivery
Production normally begins within 2 business days of receiving payment and takes about 1~2 weeks. Worldwide express shipping is free on every order. Typical door-to-door time is 1–2 weeks after parcel departure. See our Shipping & Delivery policy for details.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
You may cancel any order free of charge before production starts. Made-to-measure garments are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal once production has begun. Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery with proper reasons. Full details, including our quality guarantee, are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — designs, sketches, photography and text — belongs to MITONY BESPOKE CASHMERE and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the law provides otherwise.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you reside.
