Every order ships free of charge by express courier (DHL, FedEx or UPS depending on destination), with full tracking.
Timeline
Because every piece is knitted to order, delivery time = production + transit:
- Production: about 1-2 weeks of receiving payment.
- Transit: 1–2 weeks after parcel departure.
- Total: typically 2–3 weeks door to door.
You will receive an email with your tracking number the moment your parcel leaves the atelier, and progress emails at each stage of your order.
Destinations
We deliver worldwide, with daily departures to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union.
Duties and taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties or local taxes levied by the destination country. Any such charges are determined by your customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Many destinations apply duty-free thresholds under which no charges arise.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping costs may apply.
