Production
Up to 100 pieces a day. Made-to-order pieces ship 2–3 weeks after confirmation.
Quality control
Each piece is checked at 14 points of measure against the agreed size chart: within ±1–2 cm (⅜–¾ in) at 12gg and 16gg, ±2–3 cm (¾–1¼ in) at 7gg and 3gg. Anything outside tolerance is reworked or remade before it ships.
Testing & audits
BSCI and Sedex audited. Cashmere yarn tested by SGS; finished sweaters passed a 2025 official spot check by the Suzhou Fibre Inspection Institute. Reports available to partners on request.
FAQ
Questions partners ask first.
One piece, in any of our 194 stock colours. There is no size run and no buy-in: you order only after your client has ordered. Custom-dyed colours aren't available at this quantity, because spinners need much larger minimums.
Yes. One of our US partners already offers it across its 15+ stores, using the same program described on this page.
No. A sweater knitted to your client's own measurements costs the same as a standard size, and your price list shows the cost of every style and size.
Yes. Four body measurements are enough: body length, chest, sleeve length and shoulder width. We convert them into a full set of garment measurements and check every set before knitting. If a number looks out of proportion, we ask your client to lay a well-fitting shirt flat and measure that instead.
2–3 weeks once the order is confirmed. Orders above our capacity of 100 pieces a day are scheduled with you by email. Allow extra time around Chinese public holidays such as Chinese New Year and Golden Week in early October.
Orders to the US ship DDP by FedEx or UPS, with duties and taxes included. We also ship DDP to the UK, EU, Canada, Australia and Mexico, and FOB with your own forwarder is possible.
Every piece is knitted to the size chart agreed with you and measured before it ships: within ±1–2 cm (⅜–¾ in) at 12gg and 16gg, ±2–3 cm (¾–1¼ in) at 7gg and 3gg, because chunkier knits stretch more. Before dispatch we can send photos of the finished piece laid flat beside a tape measure. If the yarn, pattern or knitting is wrong, or a measurement falls outside tolerance, we remake it free of charge or refund you in full.
Yes. Main labels, size and care labels, hang tags and gift boxes can carry your brand from 500 pieces each, polybags from 1,000. Smaller orders carry neutral labels with no brand name, and the labels you order are stored for your later orders. Gift boxes are quoted separately, or you can have your own packaging delivered to our factory and we'll pack in it.
