A sample is a 1-piece order that follows the same process as bulk, with the same 2–3 week lead time. It's quoted like any other order.

2–3 weeks once the order is confirmed. Our capacity is 100 pieces a day; larger runs are scheduled with you by email. Allow extra time around Chinese public holidays such as Chinese New Year and Golden Week in early October.

Not at the moment. A specified yarn has to be dyed to order, which adds weeks to the lead time and brings large minimums. We work from our 4 yarns and 194 stock colours instead. Our stock cashmere is a single yarn count, 2/26, knitted in more plies for heavier gauges.

Grade A 100% cashmere, with fibres 14.5–15 microns fine and 34–38 mm long. Yarn test reports are available on request.

No. Made-to-order costs on an inexpensive fibre like cotton push the unit price too high for buyers. We knit cashmere, cashmere-wool, extra-fine merino and Tencel-silk.

Both. Orders to the US ship DDP by FedEx or UPS, with duties included. Larger orders can go by air or sea freight. We also ship DDP to the UK, EU, Canada, Australia and Mexico, or FOB with your own forwarder.

Before dispatch we can send photos of each finished piece laid flat beside a tape measure for your approval. If the yarn, pattern or knitting is wrong, or a measurement falls outside the agreed tolerance, we remake the piece free of charge or refund it in full.
